The top grants in this budget went to the Panchayat and th rural development commitee. They got a grant for around 13, 184 crores. and the next big grant went to irrigation with around 11,734 crore int total.
The Finance minister, again opted for a Rs 1 lakh crore Budget by not announcing new schemes but laid stress on consolidation of existing ones. So right now there are no new taxes or no new schemes.
