Dwarka is too costly. Noida is much better option than Dwarka. Properties are much affordable and quality of living much better than Dwarka.

According to me, interest has never truly dropped in Dwarka. However, developers, especially investors, were thinking that it hard to hold the costs of units by them as property buyers were not preferring to buy. For those looking to leave the business, bringing down costs was the main choice. Case in point, builders as of late sold unit for Rs 95 lakh which was at first quoted at Rs 1.2 crore.

As per my knowledge, the region has been drawing in a higher premium as a result of high demand in purchasing, barely any projects has been executed yet. Developers and investors said a stretch of in regards to four km in the 18km long was under proposed throughout the previous few years, as people had moved court and secured a stay order.
