In the last few years, the real estate prices in Hyderabad have gone up significantly. I think this is the right time to invest or buy your dream home.

This is not boom, Glow before die. Think of demand vs supply. There is abundent land than demand.60% AP ppl live in Hyderabad. If not every one 50% will think to pull back their investment here. That is for sure. Real estate is always future oriented. There will be no demand for lands. All media and real estate Brokers are managing the situation. PPL who have been waiting to buy some thing for last two years are consolidating. Next six months prices will go down. Metro have been Sales pitch for realtor. Think practically ppl using Bus might take trains, that facilitates from comuniting from long places so traffic will reduce by 5% but difference it should bring to realestate. WATER, SEWAGE, ETC NO RECYCLING ALL other problem remain same

Hi all, I just want to tell in this forum is that Hyderabad, the joint state capital of Telangana and AP is bobbing in the land blast after almost three years of seeing down swing. The interest for resources and properties has by and by resuscitated disregarding the indeterminate signs from the state government. Things are returning to regularity and the KCR government activities to reset the adjustment pattern.
