Hi Geetha, ghatkesar is outskirts of Hyderabad. It is good location for long terms investment and i think your time horizon is also quite nice for investment in properties. there are lot of Govt. plan to developed this location in terms of infrastructure, mall, govt school. Well connectivity with local area.
