Yes , as per news, Jaipur Development Authority has eliminated 12 housing schemes, But Apekshagroup Projects are not under the JDA cancels schemes. Apeksha's Atelier is ready to shift 3/4 Bhk Apartments and Penthouses which is located at Sirsi Road, Near Vaishali Nagar, in Jaipur with the essential features and facilities for living. Facilities such as gymnasium, indoor sports, Lush green landscaped garden and penthouses with large terraces make these flats extremely attractive. The open space for greenery is soothing for all the residents and there is a provision for emergency back-up for the flats.for more information : http://www.apekshagroup.com/atelier.html

Hi,

In my point of view, Urban Development & housing department(UDH) made the changes in the bylaws for airport & state hanger area. Because high rise developments always bearing security threat near these areas. After district collector wrote letter to Jaipur Development Authority , the necessary steps were taken.

Hi Ravindra,
According to source, mainly high rise building & developments are creating security threat to hangers & state airport. So it is necessary for builders to obtain no objection certificate(NOC) from Airport Authority of India(AAI) before constructing any building.

Hey Guys ,
Not only this but also Jaipur Development Authority asked for revised map to three developers whose projects are near to hanger & airport. As per state government, permissible height to construct in this area is 15 meters. Before this was made by laws, JDA allowed more than 15 heights for those 3 projects. So currently those builders are sealed by JDA, until their developer submit revised map.

Hi Mr Ravindra Singh,

As per an JDA official, within 6months of dead line , 9 developers were failed to start construction of EWS & LIG units on their sites. Even some builders have not deposited penalty , because they didn't started the construction. So within 6months of time , developers has to acknowledge their maps & also start construction for EWS ( Economically Weaker Section ) & LIG ( Lower Income Group ).

Hi Mr Ravindra,

Yes , as per news, Jaipur Development Authority has eliminated 12 housing schemes of those builders who didn't follow the township policy. As per the township policy , builder has to reserve 15% construction units or for EWS ( Economically Weaker Section ) & LIG ( Lower Income Group ) 5% of construction area. Yet builders failed to do so within a promised time.

@ Ravindra,

As per soureces, in a building planning committee meeting, Jaipur Development Authority had assured to cancel maps of these projects. This proposal has been forwarded to the state government for its advice. But when no reply came after being reminded on April 22, then JDA decided to eliminate the maps .
