Hey Guys, Have you heard HUDA began to survey plots needed to finish the Dwarka Expressway project. It seems like approx 500 home owners will be relocated by this process. Kindly discuss about it.
Hi Gautam, Yes, I came to know about it from news couple of days ago. According to news, this survey is conducted by HUDA estate officers, District Town planner as well as Land acquisition officer jointly. By following the order of Punjab & Haryana High Court, a 13 person team initiated survey of land to be obtained for Dwarka Expressway.
That is right Arpit. According to news, from the list of 502 applicants for allotment of alternative plots, only 130 cases have completed survey. It is expected that rest of cases will be completed within 1week ,as per HUDA officials. As per the exercise, HUDA authorities said they are checking for genuine plot measurements, build up area and confirming revenue records of every plot to be considered for relocation.
Hi Guys,
As per sources, HUDA officials, initiated the survey in New Palam Vihar area & planned to cover Pawala Khusurpur, Choma as well as Kherki Dhaula. This survey team is consists of 2 junior engineers, 1 sub divisional officer ,7 patwaris as well as LAO & DTP officials. This survey, once completed, the report will be submitted to administrator Anita Yadav. As per the report, she will start the re allotment process.
According to Anita Yadav, HUDA administrator, there are some applications from land owners, who were not in the petition against the acquisition in the high court. So to ensure the proper petitioners , there is a list present on HUDA website as well as publicized on the notice boar of administrator office, DTP, Tehsildar & Estate officer.
This settlement is noteworthy because that around 40,000 apartments are being constructed residential projects along the expressway and some of them have been finished too however their entrance was limited on the grounds that the street which was being assembled by Indiabulls Construction since 2011 was not finished in time.
New Palam Vihar House owners have been given time till January 31, 2016 to empty their homes. In this period their new grounds will be given over to them and they can begin construction if they want. Residential and business office deals around there were seriously affected. Since there was instability around the road for some time. The 40,000 home buyers will now be satisfied.
@ Raj Roy,
The Dwarka-Manesar Expressway or 18-km long Northern Peripheral Road ,as it is famously referred to is being created as an alternative connection in the middle of Delhi and Gurgaon. Over the course of the years, around 100 residential developments were begun in this stretch with near to 40,000 apartments.
As per sources, land owners will get larger sized plots, so this settlement is quite appreciative. Even land owners will get 8years of the chance to pay for this extra land , by 8 installment without interest. For those people whose houses were already constructed, they will get money for construction. Mr Amar Vivek, advocate representing HUDA said that authority has given possession to the vacant land . So expressway construction work will start soon.
Hi Raj, Dwarka Manesar expressway , which had been held for land acquisition issues, got a green signal from Punjab & Haryana High court. Settlement has been done between land & home owners and HUDA by Punjab & Haryana High court. Homes & lands of nearly 700 people were came in the way of this expressway . So these people files complains & struggling hard to get their home & land back. Last 4months negotiation is happening between owner & authority.
Nearly 15 petitions were filed, out of this 11 petitions belongs to New palam vihar Colony . Rest relates to issue of 200 meter road at the corner of expressway near to NH-8. Regarding this issue , court hearing will be on next week by justice HS sindhu & SK mittal.Settlement has been done between HDA & petitioners. By this alternative land will be given to home owners , in sector 110A & 37C Gurgaon. Even compensation will be given to rebuild their homes.
