Hi Mr Jeet,
According to me, this location is surrounded by many schools, banks & hospitals. Shakti Mukund Hospital, Max super specialty hospital & Mahadev Madhav Nidhi Charitable trust are some of reputed hospitals in this location. Many reputed banks are available in this location such as Corporation Bank, HDFC Bank, Allahabad Bank, ICICI Bank & Dena Bank. It is a nice ideal place for end users , having all amenities nearby.

Hi Jeet,
In my point of view, the average residential price of this location in year 2009 was 5800/sq-ft. After many infrastructural growth like metro ,school & banks, this average residential price is around 15100/sq-ft in year 2015 April. After many ups & downs ,this rate has hiked up to 30% - 35% in this 5year. It shows that return of investment will be high.

This location is also famous for industrial area known as Patparganj industrial area. Government has built colonies for former diplomats , civil servants , government employees, those colonies are known as IAS colonies & IFS colonies. Madhu vihar is a well known market place of Patparaganj. Swami Dayand Marg & Chaudhary Charan Singh Marg ae providing best connectivity to this area.

Ghazipur drain is dividng this whole are in to two pieces. One piece is known as Patparganj Industrial area & Other part is consists of Madhu Vihar & Hasanpur village. There are many intercity roads available, such as Madhu vihar road & Maharaja Agarsen Marg. Mandwali Main road is connecting Hasanpur village to other parts of this area. Connectivity point of view, Patparganj has well intercity & inner city connectivity.

As per my knowledge, Patparganj is one of the prime residential location with decent environment. It is situated in Delhi East. It is one of the old & posh location in Delhi. Patparganj saw very rapid development , many apartment , group housing & society complex had come up. In year 2010, a 690 meter long 6lane flyover open near patparganj industrial area.
