In Poonamallee the apartments are available within the price range of Rs 3000-Rs 4500 per sq ft. The prices for apartments have almost doubled in the past two years and a similar trend is expected in the future with both social and physical infrastructure coming up in the area.

Poonamallee is a very prime and decent locality with good environment. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality.Poonamalee is rapidly developing locality. It is very near to proposed Greenfield airport. .

Hello dear, Can you give details of VDN Dynasty as I am interested in 2 BHK unit in this project but when I contacted with the builder there are confuse me in rate per sq ft? Is builder is providing any discount in this project?

Hi, Recently I visited project site and discuss with the builder salesperson regarding this project and he told me that this project is almost sold out and few units are available with 740 sq ft area in 2BHK and the price what the builder is quoted is Rs 2700 per sq ft and overall cost of the unit is 24 lakh excluding car parking. Car parking is optional and car parking charge is 3 lakh.
