Hi Neeraj,
As per current news, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has arranged the first arrangement of 2696 heritage properties in Ahmedabad, spread over 18 wards. As per different grades, those properties are sorted. AMC officers assess that around 150Cr can be produced from sale of trad-able FSI of buildings which have adequate heritage price and will be provided a trad-able FSI of 0.3.

Hi Guys,
Although there are more than 300 structures/buildings which have the top heritage value and will be appointed a tradable FSI of 0.5 and can cause 30Cr for preservation efforts. Different buildings that are presently being recorded in subsequent stages will just add to the revenue.

Hi,
According to the senior UDD officials, for a 100 sq-m property, the additional space designated is 30 sq-m. This space can be sold to different builders in distinctive parts of the city in little parcels. This should be possible through a TDR certificate.

@Neeraj,
The system will guarantee that money is used for repair of heritage properties as the owner needs to begin work within 3 months of the TDR deal. Next to this, with a specific end goal to stop various legacy properties transforming into godowns, inferable from their nearness to railway and transport stations, unique guidelines will be planned to avoid such utilize.

Hey Guys,
As indicated by senior AMC official, its worth saying here that with the state government expanding FSI utmost of R1 to 2.7 and R2 to 1.8 and up to 4 FSI for affordable housing zone and along BRTS and metro transit corridor, there will be interest for the additional FSI that city occupants hold with them.

According to news, developers can specifically interact with the owners of heritage properties to purchase trad-able space at reduced rates as opposed to heading off to the state government to purchase extra FSI. The TDR authentication for allocated space might be cleared once the department stamps its regard of the TDR sale.

Hi Neeraj Rao,
As per the sources, this is the assessment the state urban development department authorities worked out in the wake of computing the sums from the sale of bonus FSI ,which every heritage property holder can sell/trade through a tradable rights certificate.
