No-Pre EMI

Q: I do have property at NH-24 Ghaziabad on No Pre- EMI scheme . What is the procedure if someone wants to sell .
Also what are the legal formalities needs to accomplish.

Thanks , Its Under construction , Is it feasible more to sell now or sell after taking handover of the property .

Hi Joy,
If your selling the property, which is in under construction stage with no pre-emi scheme, then you have to consult with the bank, who has given loan for your property, regarding transfer of your property. They will let you know about the legal formalities.
