Hey Sreeshayam, I brought one unit in this project for my future investment. Mahindra Iris Court is the third residential project of Mahindra Lifespaces. Some of the amenities are Health Club, Air-conditioned Party Hall, Outdoor dining, Amphitheater, Wi Fi connectivity, Billiards and many more. Yes, few units of 3 BHK of size 1395 sq ft is available with the builder and overall costing of this unit is approx. 45 lakhs.

Many residential units are developing at a rapid percent growth here. The proposed bus terminus at Vandalur additional adds to its price.
