I have booked flats in this project and I think builder are keeping his promise with quality material and on time possession. The group has successfully ventured into the areas of Housing and Real Estate. I think almost 10 ongoing projects is running by this builder. I really do not find any bad review against the builder.
I had been to the project site yesterday , the plans, location etc seem very good indeed.I also contact the guy who mailed me the details , most of which was already on their site. Builder guys has given full detail and I satisfied with every think, I decided to book one flat in this project. After the Kamalgazi flyover comes up, this project will only be a 2 minute drive from the Kamalgazi more and right on the byepass(extension) and the prices at the moment are quite ok
Hello all, I would like to share my point of view regarding this project. I inquired about the Rajwada Springfield project, they still have considerable availability and are even willing to negotiate the rate, for which they have referred to as me to their business offices at Mahamayatala. I think the area is quite good to invest in reality, it will be right away after descending from the Kamalgazi flyover and will probably be 3.5 kms to Garia metro.
