Yes, Padur is slowly becoming a great place for many home buyers? Can anyone tell me what is the rental value I can assume from this place if I buy ready to move residential project in this area.

Rental market starts at Rs 10 k per month for a 2-BHK unit of 956 sq ft. Prices would go up to Rs 15 k monthly depending upon size, exact location and nearby infrastructure. If you are looking for 3-BHK unit, prices are in the range of Rs 12K to 40 K per month.

According to me it would be very good idea if you are planning to buy property in Padur. This locality very good option for residential and investment purpose. The locality is surrounded by all major IT Companies, major collages & hospital & schools. This is the heart of Chennai. As far as I know you can get good returns as it is an ideal location for families to settle down and it offers great connectivity to all parts of Chennai. Residential apartments as well as many luxury projects are coming up. It is good for short term investments, long term investments and enduse purpose. Within 3 to 4 years you can expect good appreciation.
