Flats handed over but in pathetic condition. 100+ issues listed by owners association. Very poor management.

Q: Lots of issues after handing. Lots of incomplete work. Owners are not happy at all. Problems with water, electricity, parking, security and overall management. Very bad.

Hi, I can understand your concern. I would like to suggest you to have a thorough discussion with your builder and ask for the valid reason. Also, you can consult a reputed lawyer to know about the legal aspects of the order and what is mentioned in your property agreement.
