Average rental price in Mumbai was $42 per sq m per month in Q3 2015, compared to $180.9 in Hong Kong. Tranio company forecasts the rise of rental rate in Mumbai by Q3 2016.

New Gurgaon is one of the sought after destination for investment purpose. The area is the stretch between sector 81 to 95 Gurgaon. Connectivity has played an important role for this region. Upcoming infrastructural projects such as Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor, Kundli Manesar Palwal Expressway will enhance the connectivity.

According to Knight Frank report, the location is expected to see more than 40% capital appreciation bt the year 2020. But investor can expect good appreciation only after 5 years of time frame. It will be difficult for investors who want to exit within a short period.
