Cidco Mortgage NOC post change of bank for Home Loan
Q: I had bought a property in Navi Mumbai in 2014 and had then taken a loan from LICHFL because of which Cidco has issued a Mortgage NOC in the their name. Now i have switched the home loan from LIC to SBI and now SBI is asking Mortgage NOC from CIDCO in the name of SBI?
Is this required or is there a procedure in Cidco for such transfer.
I am really Thankful to Manish Bapu, Shrikant Kejriwal & Pradyuman Apte for your prompt response... Please keep on providing suggestions.
I would like to inform you all that today I had been to CIDCO office at Belapur. It was informed to me that to procure NOC, I have to provide them photocopy along with original the following list of documents: 1) Application letter stating 'Request for NOC'. 2) Foreclosure letter 3) Sanction letter 4) NOC from Society's 5) Photo id proof
Initially I have to submit all the above documents and then make DD of Rs. 500/- and after the payment the NOC will be issued after a week.
Yes, and you can do one thing, You have to go to CIDCO office at CBD Belapur and talk to the PRO who will direct you to the concerned officer. you will have present all the original documents and mention the bank from whom you are borrowing and they will issue a NOC to the bank who is taking the property as a security. Thanks.....
Yes, it is required document. Any property taken on Lease from the Corporation can be mortgaged for the purpose of obtaining assistance from an institution which is on the approved list of CIDCO. A No Objection Certificate is required to be obtained from the Corporation for this purpose. The concerned Asstt. Estate Officers are empowered to issue the NOC on recovery of dues of service charges /Water charges & other dues if any as on date of issue.
