How much is the price trends going on? As you said that the locality offers both ready to move in and under construction properties, what will be the price range for both types of properties.

Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 4,636 per sq ft. Khaja Guda witnessed a price rise of 1.7 percent in the Apr-Jun 2016 quarter.

Under construction properties priced between Rs 30 lakh to Rs 2 crore and above. Ready-to-move-in units are priced up to Rs 3 crore depending upon its size and amenities. Popular housing formats are 2, 3 and 4BHK units.

Yes Khaja Guda is preferred by both buyers and developers because of its strategic location and also guaranteed ROI on properties in this locality.

The locality is gaining momentum because of the nearness to the Hitec City and IT hubs of Financial District both located with 7 to 5 kms radius.

The locality offers both ready to move in and under construction properties.
