Narsingi is a fast growing suburb of Hyderabad. The area is dotted with integrated township developments from prominent developers, catering majorly to the mid-end and high-end segment having capital value in the range of INR 3,500-6,000. Narsingi has recently been witnessing demand for bungalows and independent villas. Good locality to invest :) :)

The con about Narsingi is that residents here don't get enough water supply as this locality doesn't have the authorization to get drinking water and the area is not authorized to get Manjeera water.

In Hyderabad, the Puppalguda-Narsingi stretch is becoming the new upcoming destination for investors. It is located to the South of the financial district is a location with potential. The office market is not matured enough here but yet, it has the benefit of being simply 30 mins away from the business locations such a s HITEC City, Gachibowli, Kondapur, Raidurgam, Nanakramguda and Kondapur.

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewage Board has taken the initiative to provide piped water supply to Puppalaguda Gram Panchayat, which will make residential inventory more favourable in this area.
