I have not come across great projects in Bandlaguda lately.There are better residential projects in areas like Gachibowli and Kukatpally. There is Mahindra Ashvita in Kukatpally. The project is too good and offers 2,3 and 4 BHK flats with good facilities like Play area, Sports Court, Jogging Track etc. The location of the project is prime, it is well connected to the other main areas of Hyderabad, and has quick access to social, commercial and education hubs, which is a good reason to consider the property. I would recommend you to visit once.
