HMDA limits on number of floors and cellars

Q: Hi, Can someone tell how many floors and cellars are permitted for a 1000 Sq. yards land in HMDA approved layout. I have heard that 8 floors and 2 cellars are allowed. Please clarify if this is true.

Hi Kashif, thanks for your reply. These 7 floors are exclusive of stilt right? additionally, how many 2bhk flats per floor can be built in your opinion

In a 1000 square yard plot you can build stilt plus one cellar floor and per my knowledge, you can construct 7 floors in a 1000 square yard plot.
