Yes, i agree with you. An average saving of around 35% water is achieved by using metering solutions in Societies. Societies have a uniformly distributed water bill usually, and this encourages over-usage by some residents. By splitting and billing individually by usage (and especially by slab based pricing), users avoid wastage thus resulting in savings.
