Q: It will be a franchise of "BloomsVilla- Flower Delivery In Ahmedabad". It should be in the Sabarmati area.
The requirements would be:
1. Minimum of 250 sqft
2. Better garbage management facility as online flower delivery business generates lot of wastage.
3. Good 2 wheeler parking space for our flower delivery executives.
4. The shop should not be on the main road-highway.
5. Good footfall in the area.

You can also contact local brokers of that area who are dealing in commercial properties but need negotiation skill to reduce the rate. Thanks
