In India, what property is the best to invest in, commercial or residential property?

Q: We all know that investing in a property has huge returns and demand in future. But there are two types of investment property type such as Commercial and Residential. With the rapid growth of transportation facilities, IT Parks, Schools, Hospitals, Restaurants, metro lines – the price value of a land has now fetched upto Rs 20,000 per sq ft. whereas during initial days, only NRIS’s and top Real estate Investors could afford to invest in a commercial and residential property.

If you are looking for a property as per the current scenario, i will suggest go for the property which is ready to move in or atleast for a property which is nearing possession.
