Q:I heard some good news this morning, I really hope it’s true. Fellow people of CBE, please tell me the news about the upcoming Prozone mall is true? I heard there were 3 malls coming up, out of which one dropped. I’m desperately hoping this Prozone one is still on.
Latest Answer: I read that they have finalized the project. And they are talking to potential anchors. i so hope these guys go ahead with the project. They are hitting the right locality also, with enough residential and commercial projects around.
Q:Guys, do you think this proposed Prozone mall will help the real estate market in and around Saravanampatty Road? Also, if anyone has a clue when this mall might get constructed.
Latest Answer: Oh I read in a news article that they are giving it a 3 years time, The project should be completed within these 3 years. That’s a reasonable estimate, I believe.
