In the early 1950s, Mr G K Shetty came to Chennai, from a small village in Salem, with a dream of building a better future.

Starting off by working under a contractor for MES, Mr G K Shetty sowed the seeds of entrepreneurship by establishing his own construction company G K Shetty Builders in the year 1955
