Modular/ molded doors. Entrance door 32 mm thick ISI certified. Seasoned hardwood interior door frames with skin door structure.

Windows:
Aluminum opens able windows with heavy section and designer grills for all windows. Sliding windows will be provided in Drawing room and bedrooms.

Toilet :
Ceramic Glazed tiles having minimum size of 2’x1’ up to 7ft. height with wash basin, shower, W.C. [I.W.C] / E.W.C in toilet. Concealed G.I. / PVC pipe with hot and cold arrangement in shower along with single lever mixture of minimum jaguar / Mark / Equivalent grade.

Kitchen:
Working platform of Granite / Green Marble top glazed tiles dado up to 2 feet, height above working top fitted with stainless steel sink.

Electrical:
Concealed P.V.C Conduit with copper wiring and standard electric accessories adequate light, power points, [ without fan, tube, bulbs, etc] with modular switches, television, internet connection and power point kitchen, bathrooms and all bed rooms.

Plumbing :
All internal G.I/PVC pipes shall be concealed.

Finish :
All internal walls and ceilings in plaster of Paris along with one coat of primer and front external surfaces by two coats of putty. In case of commercial Toughened glass and ACP finish.

Cement:
All Branded recognized cement.
