Garuda Constructions, is a highly charged team dedicated to Quality and Committed to Customer Satisfaction.



The team, originally, was a part of M/s Dollfine Shelters Pvt. Ltd. Dollfine Shelters has completed several Residential & Commercial Projects in Kukatpally, Miyapur, Chandanagar & Cyberabad and were bestowed with the Trust of several happy customers.



The first project in Vijayawada by M/s Dollfine Shelters was at Kaanuru comprising of 100 flats in 3 blocks – ‘Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswathi'. The Flats were handed over in 2006 followed by the handing over of 25 flats of Garuda's Residency at Bhartinagar (Opp., To Vinayak Theater) in 2007.
In 2008 Garuda's Enclave was started at Tadepalli (after Kanakadurgamma Varadhi) opposite to the Manipal Super Specialty Hospital. This project consists of 25 Apartments and all the Flats are 3 BHK (Bed Room, Hall and Kitchen) Super Deluxe Residential Flats and are now ready to occupy.



The Flats are constructed ensuring that High Quality is maintained in every phase of construction and using some of the best local craft labor. A close supervision of the construction activity is done with a dedicated structural and managerial team.
