• Main door : Good quality Teak wood doorframe & shutter aesthetically designed with melamine polishing and designer hardware of reputed make. coat cement plaster with smooth finish

INTERNAL DOORS

• Frames : Good quality Teak wood frame.
• Shutters : Panelled shutters with stain paint and standard hardware.

WINDOWS

• Window in UPVC, with glass panels fitted with elegantly designed M.S. painted grills and standard hardware.

PAINTING

• External : Synthetic Plaster / Exterior emulsion paints os standard make like Asian .ICI, Nerolac or equivalent etc.
• Internal : Smooth finish with good quality putty over a coat of Primer finifshed with two coats of Acryylic emulsion paint

• All the bathrooms consist of wash basin with hot and cold mixer valve. EWC with flush tank of Jaquar or equivalent make, hot and cold wall mixer with shower. All C.P. fittings are chrome plated of Jaquar (Continental series) or equivalent make.

• Concealed copper wiring in PVC conduits. Power outlets for air-conditioners in all bedrooms.
