Plastering
All interior & exterior walls smoothly plastered with cement mortar.

Woodwork
Main door shutter in Teak Wood. Cheruteak/Irul wood will be used for frames of all doors, windows and ventilators. Treated India wood shutters for bed rooms with enamel paint. Fiber door and frame for toilets. 7 feet high wooden door cum window will be provided for balconies. MS safety grills will be provided for windows and ventilators. Oxidized hinges, hooks & eyes, ventilators with obscure glass.

Painting
Plastic emulsion for interior over cement putty finish and combination of terra cotta tiles and weather proof paint for exterior will be provided. Enamel paint for MS grill, internal door, windows & ventilators will be provided.

Flooring
Vitrified tiles in all habitable rooms. Ceramic tiles in toilets.

Kitchen
Granite platform with stainless steel single bowl and drain board. Glazed tiles above working platform up to 50cm height.

Toilets
Ceramic tiles floor and glazed tiles for walls up to 210cm height. Concealed plumbing with PVC pipes, light coloured sanitary fixtures of CERA / Parryware make or equivalent. And CP fittings of Nova /equivalent make. Hot and cold water mixer tap with shower in master bed toilet, Geyser provisions for all toilets.

Electrical
Covering entire electrical points (including Air Conditioner & Fridge) of each villa and Lighting of internal roads. Concealed ISI brand wires for all electrical work. Electrical switches of ‘Crabtree'/ equivalent. One earth leakage circuit breaker and earthing with copper wire using grid system. ELCB and MCB's make of Havell's / equivalent. Power points for split A/C in master bed room.

Plumbing
Nova /equivalent CP fittings, ISI standard PVC pipes
Water Supply
Round the clock bacteria free ground water through common overhead tank.
