STRUCTURE: -

• RCC framed structure.

WALL: -

• cement brick (6" for all external walls & 4" for internal walls).

PLASTERING: -

• cement mortal in sponge finish.

DOORS: -

• MAIN DOORS: - Teak wood frames and shutter teak finishing door Malaysian skin with outside brass fitting.
• INTERNAL DOORS: -- Country wood frames with factory-made flush shutter. 

WINDOWS:

• Three Track UPVC windows with mosquito mesh with MS Grill with enamel paint.

PAINTING: -

• External wall white cement-based paints. Internal walls are smooth finished with wall care (Birla/JK) base top finish with two coats of emulsion paint (Asian/dulex/Nerolac/equivalent make). Wood work with enamel paint.

FLOORING: -

• Vitrified flooring 800x800 tiles in living. Dining and bedrooms. Anti-skid tiles in utility, toilets and balcony. Granite in lobby & common area.

KITCHEN: -

• The kitchen platform shall be with black granite on one side of the room with stainless steel sink and tile doodling up to 24" above the platform.

TOILETS: -

• European W/c type closes (Parryware/Hindware/ Cera/Jaguar/equivalent) fitted with required taps, valves etc, Provision for electrical geyser point together with necessary fixtures for water supply Tile dadoing up to 7' height. 

ELECTRIFICATION: -

• Concealed copper wiring (Great White/Polycab/RR/Anchor) for a three-phase power supply shall be provided. Modular switches (Legrand/Anchor,Indo Asian/Equivalent) will be provided on each board.

WATER SUPPLY & SANITATRY: -

• Parry, ware/ESS/Cera/Jaguar ESS of its equality brand taps(commercial quality). Ashirvad/Astral/Prince/Supreme/Equivalent pipeline for water supply arrangement provision for washing machine in utility area.

LIFT:

• 3 No 8 Passenger lift 151 Made ( Yash, OTIS, KONE, Equivalent)

GENERATOR:

• Generator backup for lift, common lighting, Motors and three lights and two fans points in all the flats.
