• Earth work excavation for foundation. 
• Foundation: Random Rubble Masonry with as per Structural drawings. Superstructure: Load-bearing structure in Laterite masonry with Lintel, Columns, RCC Slabs and Beams as per structural drawings. 
• Plastering in cement mortar for internal walls ,ceiling and external walls. 
• Windows: High quality Aluminium sliding windows with necessary safety grill. 
• Ventilators: Aluminium. 
• Plumbing: Concealed plumbing with high-quality CP fittings and Sanitary wares.(Jaquar, Hindware ,Cera or equivalent).
• Water supply: Common open well/Bore well water supply through sump and overhead tank alongwith individual KWA connection (depending on availability) 

Flooring: 

• Living, Bed, and Dining: Premium quality vitrified tiles with skirting. (Kajaria/RAK/Somany/Johnson or equivalent). 
• Kitchen & Balcony: Premium quality Ceramic tiles with skirting. Toilets: Premium quality Anti-skid Ceramic tiles flooring, ceramic wall tiling upto.2.1m Height.
• Kitchen: Superior quality Granite slab for counter top .Ceramic wall tiling upto 60cm above the counter. 

Doors: 

• Main Door: Teak wood frame with Teak finish shutters. 
• Bedroom: Fully finished flush doors in veneer and frame with M.D.F (Fero ,Jacsons or equivalent). 
• Toilet door: Fully finished flush doors in laminated and frames with W.P.C/ L.V.L. (Fero ,Jacsons or equivalent). 

Painting: 

• Interiors: Premium emulsion over putty and primer. (Asian, Berger or equivalent.) 
• Exteriors: Weatherproof exterior grade emulsion. 
• Grills: Premium enamel paint over the primer.
