The saga started..... way back in sixtees. Godawari Udyog, the parent company and a well known business family of Lucknow was engaged in Rice & Pulse Processing with a vast network of suppliers in Lucknow and nearby towns.



Time flies. Continuous upgradation and diversification is a way of life. Keeping this thing in mind, it diversified in next generation in other areas like food processing and real estate – Maharaja Agrasen Promoters and the Godawari Developers with its base in Lucknow.



Came into existence in 1997, the company headed by Mr. Deepak Goel s/o Shri B.K. Agarwal (Bijju Bhai – as addressed by near and dear ones ) stared with few small construction projects in busy markets of the city for the real practical experience of this business. It was just the beginning.



Then comparatively bigger projects came into existence in new shopping arcades of Ramanand Trade Centre Aliganj, Lucknow. Gole Market crossing, adj. Ritz at Mahanagar, Tarun Market, Ramanand Market at Sitapur Road, Chowdhary Complex at Gwyne Road and Garg Plaza at Aminabad, etc. The list goes on and on.
