MASTER PLAN

External Plastering: Plastering 20-25 mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4)
Internal Plastering: Plastering 12-15mm thick in two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM(1:4)

Flooring with Firstclass vitrified / Ceramic tiles (anti-skid) on CC bed in CM 1:3. Dado using 1st quality glazed /ceramic tiles of reputed make and colour for walls set in C.M. (1:3)upto Lintel Lvl.
Premium sanitary wear (CERA) or equivalent in all toilets.
Grohe, jaquar or CERA or equivalent bath fitting in all toilets .
Geyser provision in all toilets.

Corridor & Lobby : Best quality kotah/Kadapa stone slab of minimum 25mm thick over a bed of CM (1:4).
Staircase : In treads & rise of steps- edge chamfering / half bull nosing of edge grooves.
Drawing , Living, Kitchen, Dining &Bed Rooms : Flooring using first class vitrified tiles (600mmX600mm) of reputed make and shade, over grano flooring using Bal-Grout Adhesive binding material to line and level. Skirting / boarders of 50mm high flush to plaster , with neat groove .
