Vaibhav A. Kankariya : ( Managing Partner )
Son of Mr. Ashok Kankariya, he has the pedigree of a family which has been active in Pune's real estate business for close to four decades. An MBA in Marketing from Pune's Prestigious ‘Symbiosis Institute Of Business Management'. He has worked with Corporate like Apollo Tyres, Godrej Agrovet for more than a decade in varied fields of Sales, Marketing & Operations. His last assignment was as a General Manager (Operations) with Godrej, before becoming an Entrepreneur. He aspires to use all his exposure, skills, experience, understanding of consumer mindset and business processes to offer experiences which consumers will cherish and products which will offer unmatched value for money.

Mahendra Nahar :
A qualified Civil Engineer from MIT, Pune. Apart from Property Development his business interests includes Electrical Equipment's Supply line, where he has earned a reputation for his ethical dealings over last 24 years. Has already successfully completed 3 Real Estate Projects & has another 3 in various stages of execution( apart from Golden Winds).

B.S. Solanki :
A Real Estate Veteran with over 35 years of experience in this field. A quality conscious developer, has successfully delivered 9 projects & other 2 are work in progress ( apart from Golden Winds).
