ENTRANCE GATE:  

• The Entrance Gate will be made as per the best design approved by our architect. 

WATER TANK: 

• The water tank will be made as per the requirement of the full colony and the cement will be used of OPC grade to built the water tank .Normal water tank will be of 1 lakh Liter capacity and 0.5 lakh Liter capacity samwell. 

PARKS: 

• All the parks win be designed and prepared as per the sanctioned map by T&C Department and all the plantation will be done under the supervision of trained gardener and the design will be designed by the architect. 

STORM WATER LINE:
COLONY WATER LINE

• The water line will be underground and on the side of the road

DRAINAGE LINE: 

• The drainage line will be underground and on the side of the road.

BOUNDARY WALL: 

• boundary wall be prepared covering the whole colony and will be prepared by using good quality of bricks and Cement. 

PLANTATION ON RAOD SIDE

• The Plantation will be per Plotwise. 

PAWERS ON ROAD SIDE: 

• 2 meter on both the side of road within the colony will be covered by pawers and in between there will be plants. 

ROADS: 

• Roads will be made of concrete and of good quality to give long life service and will be under the supervision of site engineer.

STREET LIGHTS: 

• The whole colony will be covered by street lights as per the design and specification given by MPSEB and our Engineer. 

COLONY ELECTRICITY LINE
