Structure:
Load bearing structure with red brick/concrete block and plastered walls .

Doors and Windows:
The front door is a polished flush door made of irool wood. Doors inside are irool skin door and windows are made of MS grill.

Plumbing and sanitation:
High quality PVC water lines and branded CP fittings and sanitary ware

Electrical network:
All the electrical lines are concealed PVC conduit wiring with necessary service point, PVC conduits TV antenna and telephone lines. All the electrical accessories and cables are branded and the connection is single phase DB with MCB.

Flooring and Kitchen:
Floor furnished with vitrified tiles. Kitchen slabs are furnished with flat form granite slab and a stainless sink. Well planned water connection.

Glazed tiles:
Glazed tiles are furnished up to a height of 7ft in bathroom and 2ft above the kitchen platform.

Painting:
Interior wall of living and dining room painted with emulsion paint. The outer wall of the house has been painted with acrylic paint. The windows grills have been painted with enamel paint.
