Shri K.R.Prasad as the Managing Director started a construction company in Trivandrum in 1995 under the name M/s MANTHRALAYA CONSTRUCTIONS . It has so far developed more than 32 lakhs Sqft. which includes 12 swimming pools, Govt. Buildings, Hospital, Private institutions and more than 150 residential buildings.
