Masonry: RCC framed structure with outer 9" Brick wall and inner 4.5" brick wall & walls will plastered with cement mortar. Ground floor base height is from the existing ground level.
Doors and Windows: The main door frame will be of teak wood(2nd Qlty) and readymade paneled door. All other doors and windows frames will be of country wood. The door shutter will be of good quality company make flush doors. Window shutters will be of good quality of country wood with 4mm thick plain glass and MS grills.
