1. Research on the topic

You can get information about Republic Day celebration from the Internet and collect some important points which your child can easily remember and present the speech. You can add points on Indian History, freedom struggles and freedom fighters’ sacrifice for making India free from British rule.

2. Set duration

It is important to know the time needed/provided for the speech so that you can prepare it without the content being neither too less nor too long where your child may miss the time. Make sure that your child is not speaking hurriedly and ensure their voice or words are clearly audible. Let them understand the meaning of the speech that they are going to deliver.
