The firm is having a land bank consisting of prime commercial properties in and around Koramangala and properties suitable for commercial and residential projects at Marasur, close to Surya City of Karnataka Housing Board Project, off NH 7 (Bangalore - Hosur Road)



Harapriya Infrastructures is a registered Partnership Firm formed in 1999. Mr. K N Surendra Reddy, Managing Partner is having about 37 years of experience in building and construction, land conversion process and procedures and formation, development and marketing of residential layouts. Mr. Karthik S Reddy another partner with a MBA in International Business, having about 2 years of experience in marketing field.


Started out as Harapriya Investments, then the firm has been renamed as Harapriya Infrastructures from October 2008.
