PAINTING : Internal walls putty finished with plastic emulsion paint and external walls with weather proof coat.

ELECTRICAL : 3 phase concealed wiring with ISI approved cables. Crabtree or equivalent switch points. 1 Independent KSEB meters with ELCB and MCBS

FLOORING : Vitrified flooring for entire area. Kitchen/workarea, having ceramic rustic tiles and for bathrooms antiskid ceramic flooring.

TOILET : Coloured matching fixtures having EWC and wash basins, mixer unit for shower and provision for geyer. Glazed tile walls upto door height

KITCHEN : Polished granite worktop and stainless steel drain board with bowl. Glazed tile dadoing 40 cms height of the worktop. Provision for water filter and washing machine.

STAIRS RAILING : Balusters with MS rectangle tube section with first class country wood top rail
