Wooden Doors

• Main Door : Teak wood door frame with Teak veneer panel door of Brass inlay design pattern with melamine polish . Good quality hardware fixtures and branded door locks.
• All other Doors : Sal wood frames with Teak veneer panel dpolish.
• Good quality hardware fixtur.

Windows

• Three track high quality UPVC frames with mosquito mesh shutter.

Ventilators

• High quality UPVC frames with glass louvers.
• Open cut out above staircase with Tuffen Glass.

CP & Sanitary Fittings

• High quality Asian paints
• C.P and Sanitary fitting for bathrooms and kitchen.

Painting

• For Internal walls two coats of Birla/Asian paints putty would be applied over one coat of primer, followed by two coats of Asian paints emulsion paint with roller finish.
• For external walls two coats Birla/Asian paints water proof putty over one coat of primer followed by two coats of Asian paints water proof exterior paint.

Electrical Work

• ISI Brands like finolex ,V–guard or equivalent fire resisting wires for lighting and heating circuits with ISI Branded pvc conduits,modular switches of anchor or Roma plus brand will be provided.

Water Supply

• Supplied through Pneumatic system.
