The Roots of the group date back to 1947 when the forefathers established their manufacturing units and later since 1969 onwards the Group companies were involved in the Export of various types of Building Materials used in the water distribution and supply line and deep tubewell bores for large Agricultural farms. A family concern of the group is also involved in the manufacturing process of Hand Tools. The roots of the groups dates equipment. One of the group companies has the distinction of being the first Export House in Punjab. The group diversified into the business of construction of Residential and commercial Buildings in various parts of Delhi and today is a renowned name in the Building Industry.

HERMAN Group's management is in the business for the last more than 7 decades & have had Experience of successfully establishing & running the ventures of various activities involving magnitude of huge financial outlays from time to time. It include from small fabrication unit Lahore (Pakistan - 1929) to industry & trading of engineering products in Jalandhar / Delhi / Karnal / Kurukshetra / Mumbai / Kolkota / Hoshiarpur(Punjab) and Himachal Predesh.
