Polished granite platform and stainless steel sink with glazed tile dado of 2'0” height and one exhaust fan point for all flats.

Electrical Installations:

Ceramic tiles in all rooms, Kitchen, Balconies and Toilets antiskid ceramic tile in all double and single bed room flats.

Doors & Windows:
All door frame shall be of Wooden & All door shutters shall be of commercial flush door & All windows shall be provided with aluminum sliding door with 4mm glass and grill.

Kitchen:
Cooking platform green marble with built-in sink of Stainless Steel with glazed tile dado of 2' height and one exhaust fan point for all flats.

Toilet:
Toilet wall tiles upto 5'0" height, a tap, a shower in the toilet.

Hardware Fittings:
