Subsequently, the partnership firm was converted into a Private Limited Company in the name and style of Highway Infrastructure Private Limited under the provision of the companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated February 10, 2006 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh. Further the status of our company was changed to a public limited company by a special resolution passed on April 25th 2018. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion of Company to public limited Company and consequent change of name to Highway Infrastructure Limited was issued on May 04, 2018 by the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh. The Company’s Corporate Identification Number is U45203MP2006PLC018398.
