MASTER PLAN
ROOFING
Modern durable roofing system (Monier / Equivalent brand) shall be provided over the R.C.C. sloping slab.
FLOORING
Flooring shall be in a combination of porcelain & vitrified tiles. Open terraces shall have non-slip tiles.
