Flooring

  • All rooms will be paved with Vitrified tiles flooring (Basic rate 50/- per sft) with vitrified tiles skirting of 4"height. 

Fittings

  • Toilet will be paved with Antiskid Ceramic tiles and glazed tiles dado(Basic rate 40/- sft) to walls of 84" height with Hot 86 cold mixer 86 one shower of branded company material.
  • And sanitary fittings provided with commode 86 Wash Basin (white colour) of size, with bib tap and one flush tank.
  • All plumbing work will be of concealed type for inside with cpvc material 86 Open plumbing for out side with APVC pipe .
  • Sanitary fittings are of tiarrywere/Jal OR Standard equivalent brand .and Plumbing fixtures are of Parrywere/Jaquar (Continental series)/Jal OR Standard equivalent brand.

Electrical

  • Electrical installation will be of concealed type.
  • Electric fittings are of G.M. OR of any equivalent make(company).
  • 4.5 points for each rooms will be provided W.C, bath, balcony will be provided with 1 point.
  • Two Nos of power connections for kitchen 86 one power connection in toilet will be provided for each flat, however no bell instrument and appliance is provided. 

Paint

  • External walls of building will be painted by cement paint 86 Internal walls will be painted by O.B.D over wall care putty.
  • All doors 86 windows grills will be painted with oil paint. 

Kitchen

  • One standing kitchen platform of 18.00 sq.ft. in Black Granite with vertically supported by double polished kaddapa and 4'3" height dado of glazed tiles over the kitchen platform will be provided.
  • One steel sink will be provided on kitchen platform with two bib cocks. 

Water connection

  • Water connection Two taps in kitchen at steel sink , one from overhead tank(Corporation water) 86 one from overhead tank( Well water) .
  • Connections from overhead tank( Well water) at toilet and wash basin.
  • One Corporation connection will be provided to the ground floor under ground water tank, from there water will be lifted to overhead tank for corporation water only.
  • All external piping will be of A.P.V.0 type of one inch and half inch as per the necessity.
