Structure

• R.C.C. framed structure to withstand Wind & Seismic Loads.
• Super Structure : 9" thick solid block work for external walls & 4" thick solid block work of internal walls

Plastering

• Internal : Cement plastering in CM 1:6 for walls and Ceiling.
• External : 2 coats of plastering in CM 1:6/1:4 for External walls

Joinery Works

• Main Door : Teak Wood frame with flush shutter of melamine Matt polish fixed with reputed make hardware of SS
• Internal Doors : Engineered Wood frame with laminate flush shutters fixed with reputed make hardware of SS
• French Doors : UPVC Sliding doorcomplete with 6 MM toughening glass of reputed make and provision for fly proof shutter.
• Windows : UPVC Window with 5 MM plain glass with provision for mosquito mesh shutter.
• Grills : Aesthetically designed, Mild Steel (M.S) grills with Enamel paint finish.

Electrical

• Power plug for cooking range chimney, refrigerator, microwave ovens, mixer / grinders in kitchen, Washing machine in Utility Area.
• 3 phase supply for each unit and individual Meter Boards.
• Miniature Circuit breakers (MCB) for each distribution boards of reputed make.

Painting

• Internal : Smooth putty finish with 2 Coats of premium Acrylic emulsion paint of reputed make over a coat of primer.
• External : Two coats of Exterior Emulsion paint of reputed make.
• Parking area : OBD pain over one coat of luppum.

Security  Surveillance  and BMS

• Solar Powered Security Fence
• Boom Barrier near entry to basements to allow only Owners Vehicles.

• D.G Set backup for common lighting lifts, pumps & motors with Acoustic enclosure & 750 Watt for each apartment with ACCL.

Fire Safety

• Fire hydrant and fire sprinklers in basement.
• Control panel will be kept at main security.
