Super Structure by Concrete Solid / Hollow Block partition walls with cement plastered to finish.

FLOORING
Vitrified Tile Flooring for Living Room, Dining Room, Staircase, and Lobby, Joint Free Ceramic Tiles for rest of the Rooms. We provide Wooden Flooring as per Client Request.

BATH ROOMS
Antiskid Tile Flooring, Glazed Ceramic Tiles Wall Dado (150 centimeters high), FRP Frame, Shutter for Doors and Geyser Power Sockets provision in all bathrooms.

KITCHEN
Kitchen platform with polished Granite Top, Stainless Steel Sinks with Single Bowl and Glazed Ceramic Tiles over the Kitchen Slab up to 45 centimeters in height.

PAINT
Putty finished interiors with two Coat Plastic Emulsion, Weather Proof Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Paint for exteriors and Enamel Paint on Grills & Hand Rails.

WOOD WORKS
Teak Wood used for Front Doors & Shutters, Hard Wood for Internal Doors, Door Frames and for Shutters of Moulded Pressed Doors / Flushed Doors. All windows and ventilators shall be of good quality Hard Wood / Aluminum with Glazed Sliding / Opening Type with suitable fittings. All windows shall be provided with suitable M.S. Grills.

ELECTRICAL
All electrical lines are concealed Conduit Copper Wiring with Semi Modular Switch / Socket / Plug provided. All Flats are provided Separate Meters with Necessary Panel Boards & Fittings of the Builders. All materials used shall be of ISI Branded. Selection of Brand Names is the discretion of the builders.

WATER SUPPLY
All water Lines provided in bathrooms are concealed Hot / Cold water pipelines. KWA / Corporation Water Connection shall be available wherever specified in drawing.Water Connection lines are provided for Each Flat, from the overhead water tanks for sufficient flow of water. Heavy Grade PVC Pipes are used for Cold Water Connections and CPVC Pipes for Hot Water lines, wherever specified. Water Line Pressure tested to avoid leakage.

GENERAL
Septic Tank, Soak Pits and Dispersion Trenches will be provided as per requirement, suitable connections from Each Toilets and Bathrooms and kitchen outlets. Rain Water Harvesting facilities shall be provided as per Statutory Requirements. The information provided is based on the availability of materials and the builders shall substitute with equal quality of materials if not available at the time of construction.
