Mr. John, was in the Central Government services, in the Ministry of Telecommunications as Purchase Officer - Imports, he took an voluntary retirement and served MNC's under the capacity of AGM and then served as an Consultant for one of leading builders, during his tenure many major projects were executed like a town ship consisting of about 200 independent houses, many residential apartments in Chennai and he was also involved in the purchases of the company. He has traveled world wide extensively to the Middle East, US and European Countries. In JD Constructions he identifies the new projects, co-ordinating with the clients and he is also in-charge of contracting and purchases.


Mr. N. Devanand worked for Arabian Marine Terminal Services Co. Ltd. as Admin. Officer inter acting with other nationalities and liasoning with Port Officials in Jeddah Islamic Port one of the biggest Ports in the world. He also worked for one of the renowned builder interacting with clients and liasoning with Government Officials for the project approvals and other related matters pertaining to the projects. Identify new projects, interacting with government officials for project approvals and marketing, also actively involved in executing the works in all the projects of the company.


Mrs. Priyanka Devanand has an experience of more than 5 years, she is in-charge of documentation, looking after the customer relations, office administration and finance in JD Constructions and Promoters (P) Ltd.


Mrs. Mary Rani John worked in State Government in the Dept. of Geology and Mining as a Gazetted Officer where she was in-charge of the administration for about 39 years
